Privacy Policy
This document is being finalised.
We are completing our terms and privacy notice before the app goes live. This page is a placeholder and is not yet the published version.
Druid Padel Loyalty is a membership app for padel clubs. Members tap an NFC card or sticker at the club to record a visit, build progress towards rewards, and see their own playing history.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app: open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. This clears your name, email address, date of birth and the other details you gave us, and permanently disables your login.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can do the same from loyalty.druidpadel.com/delete-account.
Records of past visits are kept in a form that is no longer linked to you, so that clubs keep accurate historical counts of how busy they have been.
