These terms will cover membership of the Druid Padel Loyalty programme: who can join, how visits are recorded, how rewards are earned and redeemed, and how the programme may change or end.
Who can join
Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and over.
Earning and expiry
Visits are recorded when you tap your card or sticker at a participating club. Once you have made the number of visits a reward requires, that reward is issued and the visits that earned it are used up.
Visits do not expire. A reward must be claimed within 12 months of the date it is earned; after that it can no longer be redeemed. The expiry date of each reward is shown in the app.
